In 1980, founding member Mark Van Ark created a brokerage and consulting firm, following in the footsteps of a real estate family that had begun in the 1960s. Van Ark Colorado Properties, LTD. was geared to fill the void of qualified commercial and investment firms in Boulder, CO. Since that time, the services have grown to cover clients’ needs throughout the entire US market. Specializing in Office and Industrial brokerage, consulting services have grown to include every product type through corporate or government Due Diligence and Feasibility assignments.
In 2005, the first of two son’s, Noah, joined the firm and quickly found himself in the middle of a number of commercial transactions building the tool belt of necessary experience that he brings to today’s assignments. Earning the CCIM designation in 2013, Noah is well qualified and will bring value to any transaction.
In 2012, the second son, Schuyler, joined the business after graduating from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
Handling the IT component of the team efforts, Kyle Askin joined the team in 2016 and is in charge of web design, development, and online presence.
Van Ark Colorado Properties affiliated with the Denver office of KW Commercial located in the Denver Tech Center. Since joining as a “Commercial Director”, the VACP Team has consistently received the annual “Top Commercial Producers” award.
