Noah Van Ark, CCIM

Entering the commercial real estate field was a natural for Noah. While growing up in Boulder, CO, Noah accompanied his father to many of the CCIM Institute’s annual national commercial real estate conferences and business meetings.  As the third generation of a Colorado real estate family, Noah entered the industry at the age of 20. In the middle of his college education, he decided to join his father and acquire his real estate license. Noah’s initial years were with the Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Boulder, and he immediately found himself involved in real estate transactions that included office, industrial, retail, and land. In 2008, Noah joined the “Land Team” at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Denver. Following a time working exclusively on land transactions in the Denver market, Noah joined his father in 2010 as Van Ark Colorado Properties affiliated with the Denver office of KW Commercial DTC. Noah earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2013. Noah’s practice has included both Tenant and Landlord Representation focusing on office, retail, and industrial transactions.

In his spare time, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, and two young boys, as well as participating in his lifelong love of playing soccer.
